By herewith we inform you since 2019 group of former employees who had access to confidential business information illegally seized social accounts, registered new companies with similar names, copied official website to similar domain names and started impersonating themselves as legal representatives / successors of “AbsolutElectronics” ™ and as of today their activity still not suppressed. We continue to cooperate with law enforcement and courts on the basis of them breaching not only trademark law, but many other local and international laws as investigation revealed.
We would like to aware our respectful clients, partners, suppliers, and contractors of the legal and commercial risks associated with these people and companies.
“AbsolutElectronics” ™ could not be held liable for consequences of illegal actions of former employees / companies, falsely impersonating themselves as legal representatives / successors of “AbsolutElectronics” ™. We encourage our partners to perform thorough due diligence.
